Once again, the month of Ramadan is coming with all its blessings and virtues. Whole of the Muslim world desperately wait for this month of fasting round the calendar. Around one-third of the Earth’s total population are greatly influenced by the holy month in their daily lives and it becomes the primary goal for the same amount of people to distant themselves away as much as possible from acts that go against the teachings of Islam.

As real life conditions are that much influenced, it’s not hard to imagine what trend would the coming days come up with in the online lives of a most of Muslims, so to say, they would be engaged with the Ramadan stuff in one way or the other.

Keeping this in mind and not unusually, designers have laid down their artistic approach (to which I off my hat), to the digital canvas portraying the event as how they see it. These artworks meant primarily for people to set them as wallpapers on their computer screens round the holy month, are undoubtedly great attempts of skillful applications of tools and colors (and other Photoshop goodies, so to speak frankly).

Keeping up with my decision to post for them as a collection of artworks, I had to think and then re-think and then had to make use of my artistic sense (I have some, I think), and then finally came up with a selection of somehow limited collection, artworks were all great, gave me a tough time making selection from among them. Pakistan’s 62nd Independence Day is near, and I can hear the national anthem in my neighborhood. This year, the event is a bit different, reason being that lots of Pakistani netizens have come up their ways up to the social streets (by making their avatars green). And the enthusiasm out of this is  very cheerful. So with all the Pakis out there, I am going to share what I have collected related to the event. These include wallpapers, songs and related posts around the Pakistani blogosphere. Here goes the wall’s first.
